Hello! Thank you for taking interest in my art commissions. Since I got laid off last year, my focus is to keep myself afloat and to be able to pay my bills while I look for a stable job, so gil commissions ARE NOT my priority at the moment. When things get better then I shall be offering them once again in party finder (FFXIV only). Your commissions mean a lot to me as the world right now is unkind to artists due to AI. Your every kind message and commission makes it worthwhile drawing and giving me confidence once again on my art.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing my (art) services, you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
If you are not comfortable with my "Terms Of Service" or are not willing to agree to the conditions, please do not pursue for a commission.- Upfront payment is required before any phase of the commission is started. This ensures that client is very sure on the commission and will not be retracting anytime, regardless of progress.
- Refunds are only allowed if commission hasn't been started yet or artist is unable to deliver any progress of the said commission within 1 month from date of commissioning, only then they can be refunded in full.
- Progress will be updated via contact detail indicated on form.
- Progress will also be indicated on Trello Board for transparency: Grimoirde Art CMS
- Production time will depend on queue and/or character complexity. Please understand artwork turnarounds accounts for multiple projects and IRL responsibilities. Health Issues/ Personal Obligation disruptions will be communicated on social media for transparency.
- Estimated timeframe for commissions could be 2 weeks - maximum of a month (depends on queue)Artist Rights:
- I do not allow my art to be used on AI be it for minor modification of character detail nor training AI models.
- Artworks are NOT for NFT purposes.
- Artist has the right to refuse any order/ commission.
- Commission references that uses AI will be AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED.
- Clients are not allowed to modify anything with the art commission once it shipped/ finalized. Please indicate your requests firsthand during the update exchange.
- Credits are required when posting to social media platform. Feel free to tag my social media for it.
- Artist retains the right to place a discreet watermark/ signature on artwork. They also retain the rights to showcase the final artwork for portfolio/ promotional material uses be it in VGen or social media. Artist will credit client/ character whenever possible.
- Artist will not be reporting to clients on weekends and will only keep production time on weekdays to ensure breaks for mental and physical health.
